Le North Manchester Rugby Club est un club de sport amateur situé à 5 miles au nord du centre de Manchester. C'est le seul club de rugby à XV dans la ville de Manchester, au nord du centre.
Établi à l'origine en 1921 à Prestwich sous le nom de Prestwich Rugby Union Football Club, le club a déménagé au Rhodes Cricket Club en 1951 et a changé son nom en Prestwich & Middleton Rugby Union Football Club. Un nouveau déménagement en 1985, cette fois vers le terrain actuel de Tudor Lodge à Moston, a vu le club changer de nom une nouvelle fois, cette fois en North Manchester Rugby Club. En 1991, le club a fusionné avec le Oldham College Rugby Union Football Club en difficulté, en conservant le nom de North Manchester.
