North Manchester Rugby Club is een amateur sportclub gelegen op 8 kilometer ten noorden van het centrum van Manchester. Het is de enige rugby union club in de stad Manchester, ten noorden van het centrum.
Oorspronkelijk opgericht in 1921 in Prestwich als Prestwich Rugby Union Football Club, verhuisde de club in 1951 naar Rhodes Cricket Club en veranderde zijn naam in Prestwich & Middleton Rugby Union Football Club. Een verdere verhuizing in 1985, dit keer naar het huidige terrein Tudor Lodge in Moston, zag de club opnieuw van naam veranderen, dit keer in North Manchester Rugby Club. In 1991 fuseerde de club met de worstelende Oldham college Rugby Union Football Club, waarbij de naam North Manchester behouden bleef.
