Le château de Finlarig est un château du début du XVIIe siècle situé sur un tumulus sur une péninsule entre la rivière Lochay et le Loch Tay, à un peu plus d'un demi-mile au nord de Killin dans le Stirling, en Écosse.
Construit en 1629 par 'Black' Duncan Campbell de Glenorchy, le château est une tour-maison en L, autrefois protégé par une enceinte extérieure ou barmekin, qui est maintenant dans un état de ruine dangereusement avancé. C'était l'un des nombreux bastions construits dans l'Argyll et le Perthshire par les Campbell de Breadalbane. Le château a été visité par Rob Roy MacGregor en 1713.
