Il Castello di Finlarig è un castello della prima metà del XVII secolo che si erge su un tumulo in una penisola tra il Fiume Lochay e Loch Tay, poco più di 1⁄2 miglio a nord di Killin, nello Stirling, Scozia.
Costruito nel 1629 da 'Black' Duncan Campbell di Glenorchy, il castello è una torre-casa a forma di L, precedentemente protetta da un recinto esterno o barmekin, che ora si trova in condizioni di pericolosa rovina. È stata una delle molte fortezze costruite in Argyll e Perthshire dai Campbell di Breadalbane. Il castello fu visitato da Rob Roy MacGregor nel 1713.
