Finlarig Castle er et tidligt 1600-tals slot, der står på en bakke på en halvø mellem River Lochay og Loch Tay, lidt over 1⁄2 mile nord for Killin i Stirling, Skotland.
Bygget i 1629 af 'Black' Duncan Campbell fra Glenorchy, er slottet et L-formet tårnhus, tidligere beskyttet af en ydre indhegning eller barmekin, som nu er i en farligt ruineret tilstand. Det var et af mange fæstninger bygget i Argyll og Perthshire af Campbells fra Breadalbane. Slottet blev besøgt af Rob Roy MacGregor i 1713.
