Le duché de Naxos est un des États croisés fondés après la quatrième croisade sur des territoires byzantins. Il s'étendit sur une partie des Cyclades, îles de la mer Égée en Grèce. Il était centré sur Naxos, conquise en premier par Marco Sanudo. Le duché, fondé par des Vénitiens se plaça rapidement sous la suzeraineté de l'empereur latin de Constantinople. Le système féodal occidental fut surimposé au système byzantin. Les deux christianismes, catholique et orthodoxe, cohabitèrent ainsi.
