La Porte d'Or, ou "la Porte du Nord", est l'une des quatre portes romaines principales menant au stari grad de Split. Construite dans le cadre du Palais de Dioclétien, elle a servi de porte principale par laquelle l'Empereur entrait dans le complexe, et était richement décorée pour marquer son statut. Au cours du Moyen Âge, la porte a été scellée et a perdu ses colonnes et ses statues. Elle a été rouverte et réparée à l'époque moderne, et sert maintenant d'attraction touristique.
