De Gouden Poort, of "de Noordelijke Poort", is een van de vier belangrijkste Romeinse poorten naar de oude stad van Split. Gebouwd als onderdeel van het Paleis van Diocletianus, diende het als de hoofdpoort waarlangs de keizer het complex binnenkwam, en was het rijkelijk versierd om zijn status te markeren. In de loop van de Middeleeuwen werd de poort afgesloten en verloor het zijn zuilen en standbeelden. Het werd in moderne tijden heropend en gerepareerd, en dient nu als toeristische attractie.
