Les montagnes de Cooley se trouvent sur la péninsule de Cooley, dans le nord-est du comté de Louth, en Irlande. Elles se composent de deux crêtes s'étendant du nord-ouest au sud-est, séparées par la vallée de Glenmore, traversée par la Grande Rivière.
Slieve Foy, à 589 mètres, est le sommet le plus élevé de la chaîne et le plus haut du comté de Louth. Il se trouve sur la crête est, qui mesure environ 6 km de long et comprend également les sommets de The Eagles Rock, The Ravens Rock, The Foxes Rock et Barnavave. Ce dernier nom vient de Bearna Mhéabha, et fait référence à la légendaire reine Medb, dont l'armée aurait creusé un passage à travers la montagne.
