Die Cooley-Berge befinden sich auf der Cooley-Halbinsel im Nordosten des County Louth in Irland. Sie bestehen aus zwei Graten, die von Nordwest nach Südost verlaufen, getrennt durch das Tal von Glenmore, durch das der Big River fließt.
Slieve Foy, mit 589 Metern, ist der höchste Gipfel des Gebirges und der höchste im County Louth. Er liegt am östlichen Grat, der etwa 6 km lang ist und auch die Gipfel von The Eagles Rock, The Ravens Rock, The Foxes Rock und Barnavave umfasst. Letzterer Name stammt von Bearna Mhéabha und bezieht sich auf die legendäre Königin Medb, deren Armee angeblich einen Pass durch den Berg gegraben hat.
