De Cooley Mountains bevinden zich op het Cooley-schiereiland in het noordoosten van County Louth in Ierland. Ze bestaan uit twee bergketens die van noordwest naar zuidoost lopen, gescheiden door de vallei van Glenmore waar de Big River doorheen stroomt.
Slieve Foy, met 589 meter, is de hoogste piek van het gebergte en de hoogste in County Louth. Het ligt op de oostelijke bergkam, die ongeveer 6 km lang is en ook de toppen van The Eagles Rock, The Ravens Rock, The Foxes Rock en Barnavave omvat. Laatstgenoemde naam komt van Bearna Mhéabha en verwijst naar de legendarische koningin Medb, waarvan wordt gezegd dat haar leger een pas door de berg heeft gegraven.
