Cooley-bjergene ligger på Cooley-halvøen i det nordøstlige County Louth i Irland. De består af to kamme, der strækker sig fra nordvest til sydøst, adskilt af dalen Glenmore, hvor den Store Flod løber igennem.
Slieve Foy, som har en højde på 589 meter, er det højeste punkt i bjergkæden og det højeste i County Louth. Det er på den østlige kam, som er omkring 6 km lang og inkluderer også toppe som The Eagles Rock, The Ravens Rock, The Foxes Rock og Barnavave. Dette sidste navn stammer fra Bearna Mhéabha og refererer til den legendariske dronning Medb, hvis hær siges at have gravet en pas gennem bjergene.
