La gare de Glounthaune est une station d'Iarnród Éireann servant la ville de Glounthaune dans le comté de Cork, en Irlande. La station est à la jonction entre Cobh et Midleton sur la ligne de banlieue de Cork.
La station a ouvert le 10 novembre 1859 par le Cork, Youghal & Queenstown Railway, avec des services initialement uniquement en direction de Youghal. Le 10 mars 1862, les services de passagers ont également commencé à circuler vers Queenstown depuis la jonction. La ligne vers Midleton et Youghal a été fermée aux services de passagers en 1963 avant de rouvrir à nouveau en août 2009 jusqu'à Midleton. La station était à l'origine appelée "Cobh Junction" et a été renommée "Glounthaune" en 1994 ; les billets émis par les machines à billets portables d'Iarnród Éireann continuent d'imprimer le nom de la station sous le nom de "Cobh Jct".
