L'aéroport d'Egilsstaðir est un aéroport régional islandais desservant la ville et pays d'Egilsstaðir, située dans l'est de l'île. L'exploitation de l'aéroport est assurée par Isavia.
Une première piste d'atterrissage en gravier fut construite dans les années 1950 et utilisée jusqu'en 1993. La piste actuelle a été construite à l'ouest de l'ancienne et utilisée à compter du 23 septembre 1993. En 2007, un nouveau bâtiment du terminal est inauguré.
