Le Musée historique Alfa Romeo regroupe les automobiles conçues et produites par le constructeur milanais au cours de son histoire ainsi que les moteurs d'avions et de course fournis à plusieurs écuries.
Il est situé au sein de l'ancienne usine Alfa Romeo d'Arese, au nord de Milan, là où la production des célèbres voitures prit fin en 2003. Toute la partie production a été transférée sur d'autres sites du groupe Fiat, et le bureau de style Alfa Romeo a été récemment transféré à Turin. Le musée a ouvert ses portes le 18 décembre 1976. En 2006, 10 500 personnes sont venues le visiter.
