L'hôpital San Giacomo in Augusta , est un bâtiment historique situé dans le centre de Rome, au Via del Corso 499, à côté de l'église San Giacomo in Augusta. Hôpital d'origine médiévale, il fut refondé au XVIe siècle, à la même époque que les autres hôpitaux des Incurables présents dans d'autres villes italiennes.
