Le Mausolée de Maxence est un monument funéraire élevé par l'empereur romain Maxence pour servir de mausolée dynastique, dans la grande villa qu'il fit édifier dans la banlieue de Rome, près de la Via Appia. Le fils de Maxence, Valerius Romulus y fut inhumé à sa mort, probablement en 309. Architecturalement, le mausolée est proche de celui de Dioclétien dans son palais de Split.
