L'historien et théologien de Sciacca, Mario Ciaccio , a écrit que ce palais se trouvait à côté de la Porta di Mare , face au sud, à l'extérieur des murs de la ville.
Elle a été construite par Onofrio Cubici au XVe siècle avec trois tours crénelées , selon certains pour adapter les armoiries de sa famille, qui comportaient trois tours sur un champ bleu. La famille Cubici, dans le cas de Sciacca à côté des Perollo, était une famille très noble et en 1542 Baldassare Tagliavia et Diana Cubici se marièrent par contrat. De ce mariage sont nés de nombreux enfants, dont GianCalogero Tagliavia Cubici, devenu chevalier de Santo Stefano à Florence.
Les gens l'appelaient Palais Ramingaddu après son passage de la famille Cubici aux Inveges, barons de Rabingallo.
