Une vieille havezate à l'est de Rossum dans le hameau de Volthe. La havezate conserve toujours les caractéristiques d'autrefois, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Le bâtiment historique possède des murs authentiques rénovés et l'auge pour chevaux est toujours présente. Le grès de Bentheimer sur les sols, les grandes portes en niende, les vieilles outils et objets du quotidien accrochés au mur, la céramique dans l'armoire, le séchoir à saucisses, la cheminée, le poêle à bois rappellent le passé. Actuellement, un restaurant y est installé, ouvert de 11h à 19h le dimanche. Pour les groupes, d'autres jours et horaires sont également possibles.
