Born, en limbourgeois Bor, est un village néerlandais situé dans la commune de Sittard-Geleen, dans la province du Limbourg néerlandais. Le 1er janvier 2006, le village comptait 5 900 habitants.La première mention du nom de Born date de l'année 1125. L'établissement de Born a été créée sur le côté nord-est du Graetbos près d'une source. L'endroit tire probablement son nom de ce point. Il existe plusieurs endroits qui s'appellent ainsi en Allemagne, au Luxembourg, en Belgique et en France.
