L'église Saint-François-Xavier est un bâtiment situé dans la ville d'Enkhuizen, jusqu'à la fin de 2012 un édifice religieux catholique romain, à Westerstraat 107.
L'église a été construite à l'emplacement d'une ancienne église clandestine, qui était desservie par des pères jésuites. Ils ont consacré l'église au saint François-Xavier, l'un des fondateurs de l'ordre. La nouvelle église a été construite en 1905. L'architecte Nicolaas Molenaar sr. a conçu une église à trois nefs dans le style néogothique. Dans les années 1929/'30, l'église a été agrandie et le clocher a été ajouté par son fils Nicolaas Molenaar jr.. En 1989, il a été question de démolir le clocher. La démolition envisagée a pu être évitée. En 1991, le clocher a été restauré. Pour commémorer la restauration de 1991, une sculpture de façade a été installée.
