La chiesa di San Francesco Saverio è un edificio nella città di Enkhuizen, fino alla fine del 2012 una chiesa cattolica romana, situata in Westerstraat 107.
La chiesa è stata costruita sul sito di una precedente chiesa sotterranea, servita dai padri gesuiti. Essi dedicarono la chiesa a san Francesco Saverio, uno dei fondatori dell'ordine. La nuova chiesa fu costruita nel 1905. L'architetto Nicolaas Molenaar sr. progettò una chiesa a tre navate in stile neogotico. Negli anni 1929/'30 la chiesa fu ampliata e venne aggiunta la torre, costruita da suo figlio Nicolaas Molenaar jr.. Nel 1989 si parlò di una possibile demolizione della torre. La prevista demolizione fu evitata. Nel 1991 la torre venne restaurata. In memoria del restauro del 1991 è stata installata una plastica di facciata.
