Sankt Franciscus Xaverius Kirke er en bygning i byen Enkhuizen, indtil slutningen af 2012 et romersk-katolske kirke, beliggende på Westerstraat 107.
Kirken er bygget på stedet for en tidligere skjulte kirke, som blev betjent af jesuitter. De helligede kirken til den hellige Franciscus Xaverius, en af grundlæggerne af ordnen. Den nye kirke blev bygget i 1905. Arkitekt Nicolaas Molenaar sr. designede en tre-skibet kirke i neogotisk stil. I årene 1929/'30 blev kirken udvidet, og tårnet blev bygget af hans søn Nicolaas Molenaar jr.. I 1989 var der tale om, at tårnet skulle rives ned. Den planlagte nedrivning kunne blive forhindret. I 1991 blev tårnet restaureret. Til minde om restaureringen i 1991 er der blevet tilføjet en facadeskulptur.
