À la fin du 15e siècle, la construction d'une église dans le style de la gothique flamande et campinoise a commencé. La tour a été construite vers 1480. En 1882, l'église a été restaurée. En 1944, le bâtiment a été détruit par les Allemands, détruisant également le célèbre chœur en bois. En 1951, la restauration était achevée.

Dans le hall de l'église, il y a une chapelle dédiée à Marie.
