Le château de Veldenstein ou château de Jaarsveld était un château situé à Jaarsveld, dans la commune de Lopik, dans la province néerlandaise d'Utrecht.
Le château se trouvait sur la berge nord de la Lek, au nord-est du village. L'actuelle maison de campagne se trouve au nord de l'emplacement du château et a été construite au 18ème siècle. Il ne reste plus de vestiges au-dessus du sol de la maison originale, seulement deux îlots rectangulaires entourés de fossés subsistent. Sur ces îlots se trouvaient la cour avant et le donjon. On accédait au donjon par un pont avec un bâtiment de porte qui se composait d'une tour ronde et d'un bloc de construction rectangulaire, avec d'un côté ouest une aile résidentielle de deux étages.
