Il Castello Veldenstein o Castello Jaarsveld era un castello a Jaarsveld, nel comune di Lopik situato nella provincia olandese di Utrecht.
Il castello si trovava sulla sponda settentrionale del Lek a nord-est del villaggio. L'attuale villa si trova a nord dell'area del castello ed è stata costruita nel XVIII secolo. Non sono presenti resti sopraelevati della casa originale, solo due isole rettangolari circondate da un fossato sono ancora rimaste. Su queste isole sorgevano la corte anteriore e la corte principale. Attraverso un ponte con edificio d'ingresso si accedeva alla corte principale che era composta da una torre rotonda e un corpo di fabbrica rettangolare con, sul lato occidentale, un'ala abitativa di due piani.
