Le carrefour Oud-Dijk est un carrefour routier situé sur le territoire de la commune néerlandaise de Zevenaar, pour le raccordement des autoroutes A12 et A18, près d'Oud-Dijk. Le carrefour trompette incomplet a été ouvert en 1974. Seul le trafic en provenance d'Arnhem peut entrer sur l'A18. Les véhicules venant d'Oberhausen ne peuvent pas accéder directement à l'A18. Il n'est également pas possible de se rendre directement à Oberhausen depuis Doetinchem. Un espace a néanmoins été réservé pour ces connexions. D'ici là, le trafic en provenance de Doetinchem devra prendre la sortie 1 pour ensuite rejoindre la sortie 30 sur l'A12.
