L'église PKN à Hoogmade a été fondée en 1729. C'est une petite église en forme de rectangle avec un portail d'entrée en pierre naturelle. Sur le toit au-dessus de la façade ouest se trouve un petit clocher en bois.
L'église est sobrement aménagée avec une chaire en bois et des bancs en bois. Le bel orgue de choeur à un clavier daté du début du XIXe siècle mérite toutefois d'être visité.
L'église PKN à Hoogmade est un monument national et est toujours utilisée pour les services de la communauté protestante de Hoogmade-Rijpwetering.
