La station de Rosmalen est une gare située au centre de Rosmalen sur la ligne de Brabant, entre la gare de 's-Hertogenbosch Oost et la gare d'Oss West.
La gare a été ouverte en 1881. L'ancien bâtiment de la gare de Rosmalen datant de 1880 existe toujours, mais il est actuellement utilisé comme immeuble résidentiel et de bureaux. Il est situé au croisement de la Stationsstraat et de la Spoorstraat. Au niveau de cette gare, un accident de train a eu lieu en décembre 1920. Dans cet accident de train, trois personnes ont perdu la vie.
