Le bureau de la ville de Venlo est un immeuble de bureaux situé à Maaswaard dans la ville néerlandaise de Venlo, qui a été mis en service en 2016.
Le bâtiment a été construit comme un immeuble de bureaux pour loger les fonctionnaires de la ville de Venlo. Le design est de l'agence d'architecture Kraaijvanger Urbis et le promoteur était Ballast Nedam. La construction a commencé en 2012 et le bâtiment a été mis en service en août 2016. Le coût de construction du bureau de la ville et du parking s'élevait à environ 34,5 millions d'euros.
