La Commanderie de Saint-Jean est une ancienne commanderie de l'Ordre de Saint-Jean située au 3-5 Hofstraat dans la ville néerlandaise de Montfoort. Le bâtiment est un monument national et est actuellement utilisé comme salle de réception pour des mariages et des fêtes.
La commanderie a été fondée en 1544 par le bailli Bernard van Duven et était à l'origine composée d'une chapelle, d'une cloître et d'une maison de commandeur. Il a nommé Gerrit Zas comme premier commandeur. Les bâtiments sont construits dans le style gothique tardif avec des décorations de style Renaissance. Les architectes ne peuvent pas être identifiés avec certitude. Willem Noort et Cornelis Frederiksz sont mentionnés. La commanderie n'a été en usage que pendant une courte période et a été séculière en 1630.
