Description

L'église de Schin op Geul a été construite au onzième siècle, l'édifice principal de l'église date de cette époque. C'est l'une des plus anciennes églises du Limbourg.
Au cours des nombreux siècles suivants, l'église a été plusieurs fois agrandie et rénovée (la dernière fois en 1927) pour former le bâtiment actuel en marne et en pierre de Kunrader.
Particuliers sont les neuf croix funéraires des XVIIe et XVIIIe siècles et la pierre tombale de la famille De Villers de Pité, anciens propriétaires du Château d'Oost.
