Le parc Maasresidence Thorn est situé autour d'une magnifique baie des Maasplassen dans le Limbourg-centrale, près de la frontière belge. Les appartements et villas sont joyeusement dispersés entre la verdure, ce qui fait que le lieu ressemble plus à un village qu'à un parc.
