La chapelle Saint-Pierre est la chapelle de l'Apôtre qui cite le péché de reniement , qui a dû être construite en même temps que la chapelle précédente par certains fidèles.
Au sommet du creux du chapeau se trouve l'inscription de Luc : << ET EGRESSUS FO/RAS PETRUS FLEVIT/AMARE », traduit par : << et s'en allant, Pierre pleura amèrement ».
La chapelle représente les trois reniements de Pierre devant Jésus-Christ (dont la scène du coq ), où Pierre pleure abondamment parce qu'il a renié son maître. Il pleure abondamment et son visage se remplit de larmes.
Également à côté du mur de cette chapelle se trouvent les armoiries de D. Jorge da Costa et l'inscription :
