Untertilliach è un comune con 220 abitanti nel distretto di Lienz del Tirolo in Austria. Il comune di Untertilliach si trova nell'estremo sud-est del distretto di Lienz, al confine con Carinzia e Italia. Comprende parti della Val Lesach.
