La Flexenstrasse fu costruita dal 1895 al 1897, ampliata nel 1937-’39 a 6-7 m e dotata di gallerie anti-valanga nel 1949-’52. La strada e le gallerie furono infine migliorate nel 1966. Anche qui vige un divieto per roulotte e rimorchi. In inverno, il passo di Flexen (1773 m) è mantenuto percorribile da sud (è necessario avere catene da neve), mentre l'accesso a Lech da nord è chiuso da dicembre a marzo.
