La Chiesa di Santa Anna a Vienna è una chiesa del XVII secolo costruita tra il 1629 e il 1634 e si trova in Annagasse a Vienna.
All'esterno dell'edificio ecclesiastico si distingue la cupola in ghisa del campanile. All'interno della chiesa ci sono affreschi di Daniel Gran e anche un dipinto sopra l'altare. Nella prima cappella laterale a sinistra della chiesa si trova una copia dell'opera scultorea datata 1505 della Santa Anna, sua figlia Maria e il Bambino Gesù. L'opera è attribuita a Veit Stoss. La statua originale si trova nel Dommuseum di Vienna. L'edificio ecclesiastico è stato ristrutturato nel XVIII secolo dai Gesuiti.
