L'anello, di livello medio, parte direttamente dal Centro Sci di Fondo Pertisau, e richiede un po' di allenamento e condizione. Sul percorso di 10 chilometri vi aspettano alcune esperienze naturalistiche: passaggi tranquilli nei boschi si mutano in tratti idilliaci lungo il ruscello fino alla malga Gernalm.
L'accesso all'anello si trova all'ingresso delle valli del Karwendel direttamente al centro Centro Sci di Fondo Pertisau. Il percorso porta innanzitutto attraverso il bosco fino alla malga Pletzalm, e da lì prosegue lungo il ruscello fino alla malga Gernalm e ritorno.
