Il bellissimo Predikherenhof in Heistraat è storicamente una famosa residenza di campagna ed è stato costruito nella sua forma attuale come villa per la famiglia Van Pottelberghe de la Poterie (cfr. scudo araldico). Vi è un magnifico parco circostante e un castello parzialmente circondato da mura in stile neorococò progettato dal noto architetto V. Vaerwyck. Questa versione risale al 1909. È ispirata alla facciata rococò di "Hoofdwacht" in Kouter a Gand. La facciata comprende un frontone aggettante con oculi incorniciati e scudi araldici della famiglia Van Pottelberghe de la Poterie.
