Il Museo Hof van Busleyden è un museo nella città belga di Mechelen. La collezione è ospitata nel palazzo cittadino Hof van Busleyden. L'idea di questo progetto è iniziata nel 2012 e ha portato all'apertura del museo nel marzo 2018.
Il Museo Hof van Busleyden mette in luce Mechelen, i suoi abitanti e le loro attività durante il periodo borgognone, creando un ponte tra il passato e il presente. Mechelen ha vissuto il suo periodo d'oro quando la città era l'effettiva capitale della Borgogna e Margherita d'Austria vi soggiornava nel Palazzo di Savoia. Girolamo van Busleyden, che abitava in questo palazzo cittadino, era membro del Gran Consiglio di Mechelen, diplomatico, umanista, mecenate e collezionista.
