Lanklaar è un comune nella provincia belga di Limburgo e una frazione della città di Dilsen-Stokkem. Era un comune autonomo fino a quando non è stato aggiunto alla nuova municipalità fusione di Dilsen-Stokkem nel 1971.
Lanklaar si trova geograficamente in parte nella valle della Mosa e in parte sull'Altopiano del Campine. Ciò comporta una notevole differenza di altitudine tra il nucleo del villaggio a est del Zuid-Willemsvaart e l'altopiano su cui si trovano vaste foreste e i quartieri residenziali di Grote Homo e Klein Homo, una storpiatura del cognome della famiglia di Joseph Haumont, un conduttore di Ponti e Strade che si stabilì qui intorno al 1840. Tra il nucleo del villaggio e l'altopiano si trova l'area industriale di Lanklaar.
