Il castello di Kruishoutem o Aaishove è un castello situato lungo la Kasteelstraat a Kruishoutem. Il suo ingresso si trova all'incrocio tra la Kasteelstraat e la Colijnstraat.
Il castello fu costruito nell'11° secolo vicino alla sorgente del Molenbeek, strategicamente posizionato tra i bacini dell'Escaut e della Lys. Nel 13° secolo si ergeva un castello fortificato con una cappella feudale. Tuttavia, questi edifici furono completamente distrutti durante le sommosse religiose del 16° secolo. La famiglia de Mastaing fece ricostruire il castello così come può essere visto attualmente. Le proprietà del castello e il castello stesso sono stati dichiarati monumento e paesaggio protetti in data 10 dicembre 1973.
Il castello Aaishove prende il suo nome dal feudo Aïshof, che vi aveva stabilito la sua sede. Nell'11° secolo, questo feudo si estendeva tra i bacini dell'Escaut e della Lys.
