Il Grande Palazzo di Giustizia di Gand, chiamato informalmente il 'nuovo' palazzo di giustizia per distinguerlo dal Vecchio Palazzo di Giustizia di Gand, è un edificio giudiziario situato nel quartiere Rabot di Gand, a nord-ovest del centro città. L'ingresso principale del palazzo di giustizia si trova in Opgeëistenlaan 401A ed è circondato da un piccolo parco realizzato dopo l'apertura dell'edificio nel 2007. Sul retro si può accedere all'edificio tramite Filips Van Cleeflaan, dove si trova un ingresso per il personale. L'edificio è stato progettato dagli architetti Stéphane Beel e Lieven Achtergael.
