La Fabrique de fer di Charleroi è un'azienda belga di ferro e acciaio situata lungo il fiume Samber a Marchienne-au-Pont. Nel 1863, Victor Gillieaux fondò la società Victor Gillieaux et Cie. e nel 1864 ottenne il permesso di stabilire un'azienda metallurgica qui. Nel 1873, questa azienda fu trasformata in una società per azioni e assunse il nome di: Fabrique de fer di Charleroi, che mantenne fino a quando non si fuse con Usinor nel 1997. Nonostante la forma societaria, la maggior parte delle azioni rimase nelle mani delle famiglie Gilleaux e Dewandre.
