Il Cimitero di Lone Tree è un britannico cimitero militare con caduti della Prima Guerra Mondiale, situato nel villaggio belga Wijtschate, una frazione di Heuvelland. Il cimitero si trova a due chilometri a sud-ovest dal centro del villaggio di Wijtschate ed è vicino al Cratere di Lone Tree, noto anche come Cratere di Spanbroekmolen o Pool of Peace. Questo piccolo cimitero è stato progettato da John Truelove. Il terreno ha la forma di una L ma con un angolo smussato e ha una superficie di 616 m². Il cimitero è circondato da un muro di mattoni e al centro si trova la Cross of Sacrifice. È curato dalla Commonwealth War Graves Commission. Cinquecento metri a nord-est di questo cimitero si trova il Cimitero Britannico di Spanbroekmolen.
