El Cementerio Lone Tree es un británico cementerio militar con caídos de la Primera Guerra Mundial, ubicado en el pueblo belga de Wijtschate, una comuna de Heuvelland. El cementerio se encuentra a dos kilómetros al suroeste del centro del pueblo de Wijtschate y está cerca del Cráter Lone Tree, también llamado Cráter Spanbroekmolen o Pool of Peace. Este pequeño cementerio fue diseñado por John Truelove. El terreno tiene forma de L pero con un ángulo obtuso y abarca una superficie de 616 m². El cementerio está rodeado por un muro de ladrillo y en el centro se encuentra la Cruz del Sacrificio. Es mantenido por la Comisión de Cementerios de Guerra del Commonwealth. A quinientos metros al noreste de este cementerio se encuentra el Cementerio Británico Spanbroekmolen.
Se rinde homenaje a 88 británicos, de los cuales 9 no pudieron ser identificados.
