Il Zoerselbos è una foresta e riserva naturale di 400 ha nel comune belga di Zoersel, parte dell'area Natura 2000 delle foreste e delle brughiere a est di Anversa. L'associazione Amici del Zoerselbos si è impegnata dal 1972 per la conservazione della foresta. Si oppongono, tra l'altro, a una grande lottizzazione, all'allestimento di uno spazio ricreativo e anche a "un eccessivo calpestio", sia da parte di veicoli a motore che non. Hanno ottenuto il loro successo con la protezione definitiva come paesaggio nel 1985. Oggi partecipano come volontari alla ulteriore conservazione, anche presso il Centro Visitatori e il Giardino dei Fiori dei Contadini del Kempense.
