Attraverso la birreria cittadina De Koninck ci dirigiamo verso la Victor Jacobslei, con il bellissimo centro assistenziale Sint-Maria. Qui attraversiamo il Singel tramite il ponte per biciclette e pedoni. In fondo alla scalinata arriviamo al Wolvenberg. Questa area naturale si trova sui resti delle antiche mura della città ed è l'unica che si trova nel centro. Anche se la riserva non è veramente grande, è un luogo importante per la biodiversità. Ha un mix di boschi, prati e un pantano di salici dove risiedono piante acquatiche e anfibi. Nidiificano persino rapaci come il gheppio e il falco pecchiaiolo. L'area merita sicuramente una passeggiata. Alla fine torniamo al nostro punto di partenza: la stazione di Anversa-Berchem.
