A través de la cervecería urbana De Koninck nos dirigimos a la Victor Jacobslei con el magnífico centro de atención residencial Sint-Maria. Allí cruzamos el Singel a través del puente para bicicletas y peatones. Al pie de las escaleras llegamos a la Wolvenberg. Esta área natural se encuentra sobre los restos de la antigua muralla de la ciudad y es el único lugar de este tipo en el centro de la ciudad. Aunque la reserva no es realmente grande, es un lugar importante para la biodiversidad. Tiene una mezcla de bosques, praderas y un área de sauce donde viven plantas acuáticas y anfibios. Incluso anidan aves rapaces como el gavilán y el cernícalo. Sin duda, el área merece la pena para dar un paseo. Al final, regresamos a nuestro punto de partida: la estación de Antwerpen-Berchem.
