La casa più antica di Zichem è in vendita. Risale al 1617. Qui veniva riscossa la tassa per il trasporto di merci sul Demer. Nella facciata ci sono alcune palle di cannone dell'epoca spagnola. La casa è stata parzialmente salvata dalla demolizione. Un bellissimo portone d'accesso e le finestre a croce rinascimentali indicano la prosperità passata. La casa è senz'altro meritevole di visita.
